Our Team
NNWEC is home to an experienced body of staff and encourage a positive working environment for everyone
Our instructors are qualified to BHS level 3.
We have a staff with various qualifications in the equestrian world who are more than happy to share their experience and knowledge with everyone who visits us.
Our lead coach, Sue Lynch, was instrumental in the launch of the Changing Lives Through Horses programme run via the BHS and we proudly run sessions here throughout the week.
We have a number of people who carry out their work experience here with us, many who then start to work for us!
We have fantastic staff and volunteers who work tirelessly on our yard to keep our horses happy and healthy.
