  • All riders must complete a Rider Registration Form, including emergency contact details and medical consent.
  1. Risk Acknowledgement
  • Horse riding and handling involve inherent risks, including injury or property damage.
  • Riders and guardians acknowledge these risks and agree to participate at their own risk.
  • The School takes all reasonable precautions for safety, but cannot be held liable for injury, loss, or damage except where due to proven negligence.
  • Riders (or their guardians) must sign a Liability Waiver and Consent Form before participating.

  1. Bookings and Cancellations
  • All lessons must be booked in advance and confirmed by the School.
  • Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice.
  • Late cancellations or non-attendance may result in loss of session fees.
  • The School reserves the right to reschedule or cancel lessons due to weather, horse health, or instructor availability. In such cases, an alternative session will be offered.
  1. Fees and Payment
  • All fees are payable in advance or by the due date specified on the invoice.
  • Payments can be made by debit card, credit card, NNWEC vouchers or cash.
