Supported Volunteering

We believe everyone has something valuable to contribute, and we are dedicated to providing meaningful and inclusive volunteering opportunities for all

Volunteering at North Warwickshire Equestrian Centre (NNWEC)

At North Warwickshire Equestrian Centre (NNWEC), volunteering is the lifeblood of our Charity.

We understand that some individuals may require additional support to participate. That is why we have designed a range of tailored volunteering roles to meet diverse needs, ensuring a safe, fulfilling, and rewarding experience for everyone.

How we support you

To make volunteering accessible and enjoyable, we offer:

  • The option to bring a support worker or personal assistant (PA) if needed.
  • 1:1 support from our trained staff (available at an hourly rate) to guide you during your volunteering journey.

Getting started

Before starting, we’ll work with you to assess your skills and interests. This helps us understand the type of role you’d like to take on and any support you may require. Together, we’ll ensure you’re set up for success in a role that matches your abilities and aspirations.

Why volunteer with us?

Volunteering at NNWEC is not just about giving your time – it is about making a difference in our community while building connections, learning new skills, and gaining confidence. Whether you are mucking out stables, assisting with events, or engaging with visitors, your contributions play a vital role in our mission.
