Holiday Activities And Food (HAF)

Our H.A.F programme, run by Warwickshite County Council, for 5–11-year-old children eligible for free school meals, provides:

• Fun and engaging activities: A variety of structured, high-quality activities that promote physical, social, and emotional well-being.
• Nutritious meals: Free, balanced meals to support healthy development and reduce holiday hunger.

• Skill development: Opportunities for children and young people to build confidence, teamwork, and communication skills in an inclusive, supportive environment.
• Community connection: A safe space to make new friends, access community resources, and build a sense of belonging.

Together, these programmes aim to enrich the lives of young people, ensuring they have access to essential support, meaningful experiences, and opportunities for growth.

Description: The HAF Program at NNWEC offers each child the chance to experience Pony Petting and Horse care. Where possible we will deliver Pony Rides (However, this cannot be Guaranteed). Each child will be offered a choice of a hot or cold nutritional meal, this will include a drink. The Staff will also deliver lots of fun, crafting, games, and competitions in each session. (Please note that although the staff at NNWEC are qualified in some areas to deal with children that have additional  needs we do not have qualified SEN staff to deal with children 1 to 1, if you should have any questions please give us a call on 02476392397 or email us at info@nnwec.org.uk.
